"It\'s a clean old property, dont ask for more than what you have paid. Some of the staff is very friendly and some of them are a bit rude. It\'s just 10-15 minutes from the \"Plaza Mayor\" in the city center and also 10 minutes to a lot of cheap tapas bar (you can have lunch or dinner with two drinks and two tapas for just 5,50). The property is old as you get close to it you could think that its a not nice place but inside is pretty good and clean.""""""

"This hotel gets bad reviews I think only from young people that expect to be nursed and entertained all the time. I loved this hotel, It was like going back in time 20 years, run by what seems a family, It reminded me of an old school English B&B , It is clean, just a bit scruffy. I do not what people expect for just 16 euros. If you want I quiet, private break , with some old fashioned service away from the average (brightly coloured, bunk bed,internet , pub crawl service) go here."""""""

"Room was good and the bathroom was always clean. Thought there was a kitchen, but its actually just use of the microwave. Its a very quiet hostal, only saw 1 other person there the whole time. The one lady who did speak some english was always very friendly and happy to help as much as she could. More of a family hostal then a party hostal. Kind of glad I only spent 1 night as there was not much to do. But would probably stay there again for a 1 night stop over in Salamanca as it was nice."""""""
