Located in the imperial palace and first built in the 1930?s, Jade Garden Hotel is recognised as a rare and classic commercial hotel amongst the others.
After 1946, when the CPC and Kuomintang came to the agreement to stop fighting, it was served as the office and residence for the organisation of CPC and at one time, there were many important leaders working and living here. Some precious documents and historical pictures of that time have been conserved even today.
