A vacation in the quest for taste and well-being in a splendid villa in the Florentine hills or in elegantly renovated farmhouses; to discover the flavors of the Tuscan tradition and the medieval towns in the vicinity of Florence.Surrounded by gentle Tuscan hills, the Villa Saulina estate has a large manor house dating back to the 1800's and three farmhouse set in the greenery and peacefulness.The crops of the "I Mori" farm , owned by the same family, extend all around the villa, which with its grapevines, olive groves, vegetable gardens and orchards ensures guests wholesome and delicious food.In the Villa Saulina restaurant, located in the old estate wine cellars, guests will discover the typical flavors of Tuscany's wine and cuisine, with the possibility of organizing banquets for ceremonies and wedding receptions.The main villa, built in Art Nouveau style, houses most of the rooms and the common areas like the restaurant, bar and meeting rooms: Saletta Michelangelo for up to 15 people and Sala Leonardo for 50, where it is possible to organize refresher courses, seminars and conferences. The farmhouses contain the apartments and some rooms.The Villa Saulina complex possesses two outdoor pools: one near the main body of the villa and another adjacent to the farmhouses, where guests can relax at any time of the day. The estate also offers plenty of space for playing outdoors.It is possible to visit the wine cellars at our farm and purchase traditional Tuscan products including Chiant DOCG, Vin Santo, Grappa from Chianti, extra virgin olive oil and honey.There is a stable near Villa Saulina where it is possible to take riding lessons, even for beginners, and go for rides in the surrounding areas.
